Where we ship
We currently ship within India only.
Dispatch
Every Cavasa order is handcrafted and packed in small batches. Orders are dispatched within 1β2 business days of being placed (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Corporate, bulk and customised orders are dispatched on the date agreed with you when the order is confirmed.
Delivery
All orders travel by express courier and usually arrive 2β4 days after dispatch. Remote pin codes and festive peaks can take a little longer. As soon as your order ships, we send you the tracking link, and you can also follow it on our Track Your Order page (cavasa.in/apps/17TRACK).
Shipping charges
Express delivery is free on orders over βΉ1,299. For smaller orders, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on Delivery is available.
Packed for the heat
Chocolate is temperature-sensitive, so every order is packed in an insulated thermal liner with ice packs. Please refrigerate ganache and truffles as soon as they arrive, and store bars and dragΓ©es in a cool, dry place.
Delivery address
We deliver to the address given at checkout, so please check it carefully. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. Delivery times depend on the courier, and Cavasa is not responsible for delays on their side.
