All Cavasa products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of our offerings, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are entertained once an order is placed.

Taste is subjective and varies from person to person. While we respect your opinion, dissatisfaction with taste or texture does not qualify for a refund or compensation.

We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order. However, chocolates are temperature-sensitive and we do not guarantee melt-free delivery. Any changes in shape or texture during transit do not affect the quality of the product and are not eligible for return or refund.

All product details, including quantity, dimensions, and shipping charges, are clearly mentioned before checkout. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
