Introducing Harshaa, the culinary virtuoso who gracefully turned the challenges of the lockdown into a remarkable success story, ascending to the role of a CEO.

After graduating from the School of European Pastry, Mumbai, Harshaa found herself crafting chocolates for friends and family during lockdown—a small gesture that quickly blossomed through word-of-mouth.

But when marriage took her from Chennai to Ambur, local preferences and limited market for pastry posed new challenges. Refusing to let go of her passion, Harshaa turned this moment into an opportunity, and Cavasa was born.

What began as a personal endeavor to create a space for herself soon grew wings, gathering loyal patrons who craved her real chocolate creations. Two years later, that spirit has evolved into a close-knit team of seven, each determined to transcend the ordinary and bring sheer excellence to the world of chocolate—all from the heart of Ambur.
